Jules Ruhinda is a community leader, entrepreneur, refugee advocate, and founder of Ring24CSR. Having lived and worked in diverse communities, Jules understands the challenges families face and the importance of strong local leadership.

For many years, Jules has volunteered in community organizations, supported newcomers to Canada, and worked to create opportunities for people from all backgrounds.

As City Councillor, Jules will bring experience, compassion, and a strong commitment to public service for Barrhaven East Ward 24.
